100 gold... 1000 gold... what a huge dang gold sink. Sure it sounds nifty but that one item on the screenshot had a price of 100 gold either to withdraw or deposit. For all 80 slots that's potentially 8000 gold, plus another 1000 for getting void storage plus however much armor transmogrification is (what the eff firefox I spelled that right in one try AND you acknowldge it as a word?) and you can kiss all the repair, gem, and enchanting gold goodbye to actually check out this patch. Not every player is fabulously wealthy, and don't even say do your dailies because that'd be a couple weeks of doing all 25 of the dang things (and they're monotonous enough, I could barely do them with a flaming hippogryph mount of pure awesome being the light at the end of the tunnel) just to pay for what I REALLY REALLY hope is going to be cheaper than those screenies seem to suggest. With the bland direction this game is going I'm glad to have freed over 26 gigs of memory on my computer by uninstalling it. The patch already sounds sorta lame but now it looks like it's gonna cost you more than just an arm and a leg.
Dude, the 100g is a placeholder amount; not what will actually be there in game.
McQQQQ, You do realize that :(a) The amount is VERY likely not to what is shown in screenshot(b) Even if it is, the MAJORITY of wow players can and will gladly pay that amount. Gear customization has been one of the most asked for "vanity" features for an extremely long time. (c)Note I said VANITY feature. In other words, if you can't, or don't want to spend the cash, you lose NOTHING. (d) Compare this to other max-level in game services. Top speed flight 10k+, Dual-Spec when it was first released 1k, just to name a couple. Look at some of the other, mostly useless vanity gold sinks like Haris Pilton's items, the Mammoths, ect. Even if its 8k gold, its still in line with other vanity items and services. And Im sorry to say it, but yes, if you can't afford it, get yer ass out there and do your dailies, farm some mats, do some quests, or just stop buying stupid @#$% off the AH and save up....if you really feel you need to transmorgidificationize your gear.
Poor addon developers; every patch at least one addon is killed due to Blizz 'stealing' an idea and adding it to the game. :(
