This is the Raid Finder version of the Hunter 10.0 set. In game it's called Stormwing Harrier's Camouflage, and obviously it comes from Cámara de las Encarnaciones.

To get the back you'll need first to get Capa de cenizas de comandante condecorado from Eranog in the Primal Bulwark queue, and then convert it at the Consola del catalizador de reanimación. Tela de araña a prueba de ácido from Sennarth in the Caverns of Infusion queue will teach you the appearance for transmog in your ITEMS collection, but not give you credit in your SETS collection. Presumably it too can be converted.

For the waist you'll need the Cincho goteapiedras antinatural from Sennarth in the Caverns of Infusion queue.

Same deal (different bosses) with the wrists and feet.
