The radius of Gorefiend's Grasp was reduced significantly, from 20 yards to 15 yards. This is approximately a 40% reduction in the area of effect.

Entereza ligada al hielo provided 30% since it was re-added for blood a few weeks after the start of the legion; only wowhead used to display 20% for some reason (edit: it still does, but in-game it is 30%)
Veterano de la Tercera Guerra gives 15% armour on live as well as in bfa, so there is no change

As a "theorycrafter" you should know these things...

Moreover,
Socorro oscuro and Arma de runas abrumadora are not even in the spec.
How can you even post things like this without double-checking?
