This fish is related to part 2 of the secret fish achievement series, Peces secretos y dónde encontrarlos.
To start this you'll need to complete part 1.

The goggles:
With the Gafas de peces secretos buff applied a small fish in a bubble will spawn somewhere within 40 yards of you. If you have sound on you'll hear bubbles when it spawns then 5-10 seconds later the fish will become visible at which point you'll be able to click it. The fish can be clicked while mounted, you do not need to be in water for it to spawn and it will spawn every 25-30 seconds.

Best way to do this is find a spot that is flat and with few surrounding objects (trees, rocks, etc) and just spin your camera around until you see the bubble.

The Fish!
Each time you click the puffer you'll be given a random fish, most of the time it will be the white "junk" fish for whichever area you're in as well as the occasional grey item, with the exception of Dalaran where you'll commonly get coins usually caught from the eventide fountains.

Catchrate is quite low for many of these so expect to spend a fair amount of time for this.

I've split the fish into different catergories.

The common:
These fish can be caught anywhere at any time of the day, save these lot for last as you'll probably get most if not all of them hunting the others.

7. Gobio viajero
8. Eperlano invisible
If you're still missing these after you catch the others, the best places to catch these are on the floating islands, like the ones scattered around Outland Nagrand (45.9, 59.9). The zone exclusive:
These fish can only be caught in specific zones and sometimes even in very specific areas within zones.
9. Bacalao de sangre podrido - Nazmir, Zul'Nazman.
10. Pez de cuentos de jade - Jade Forest.
11. Solla atronadora - Isle of Thunder.
12. Payaso del Kirin Tor - Dalaran (Broken Isles/Northrend).
13. Caballa mecanizada - Mechagon.
14. Delicia de la reina - Nazjatar.
15. Aletamaná antiguo - Suramar. Anywhere in the Suramar city harbour. (Credit to Roguezs).
16. Pez prisionero - Tol Barad (PvP area). Anywhere in the zone, the bridge that connects the two islands is a great place for this one, just make sure you're on the PvP area side of it (check minimap).
17. Aletafiordo punzante - Howling Fjord.
18. Huesovil muerto - Argus, Krokuun and Antoran Wastes. (Credit to Padwarle and Neryssa).
19. Morador de tanques tortolianos - Drustvar, under Anyport in the underwater Tortollan bar called 'The Drunk Tank'.
20. Solla escuálida - Neverest Pinnacle, Kun-Lai Summit. (Credit to Qaccy and Pungyo).
21. Rondador del pozo - Mount Hyjal, in the lake under Nordassil.
22. Pez de colores ahogado - Drowned Lands (46, 50) in Stormsong Valley. (Credit to Bobins666).
Note: With the exception of the Tank Deweller (Fish 19), these are confirmed locations and may not be the only location within the zones where they can be caught. For the Tortollan Tank Deweller, I was only able to catch it once I was in the very specific sub-zone (where the name changes above the minimap).

For those suffering from woeful luck with the rarer fish, like the Solla escuálida, this was discovered by Asmundr.

To everyone who is having trouble looting some fish. You need to approach the places like Neverest and Nordrassil on foot without a flying mount (There is a small path just before the Neverest peak) Then the 100% dropchance Fishes don't bug out and are lootable once more (Thin Air Flounder and Well Lurker) Alternatively just use the goggles when standing at those places when they are off CD.

If you're still having issues, clearing your bags of all secret fish (vendor or delete them) may also fix it.

The time scheduled:
These fish can only be caught within certain times, while one is active, the other is not. Whichever fish is active at the time can be caught in any zone.
23. Pez lunar esquivo - Night only. 9:30pm to 8am.
24. Absorbesol dorado - Day only. 8am to 9:30pm.
Note: We're not sure on the specific day/night switch over time, the above is just based on the times we've been catching them. If you catch these outside of the posted times let me know. Make sure its server time, not your local time.

The dead:
These fish can only be caught while the player is dead. Once you're a ghost these fish can be caught in any zone. (Credit to FenixInfinito).

26. Memo mortojo
27. Flotador silencioso
28. Salmón espiritual
Best place to catch these on any floating island, like the one directly behind the southern bank of Broken Isles Dalaran. Suicide by flying up and dismounting. The buffed:
29. Verde áspero - Requires the Pintado de verde buff from the Mechagon mechanocat painting station (63, 42). This can be applied by walking over the green puddle on the station or having another player throw a Vejiga llena de pintura verde at you. (Credit to Sishrot).

The sporadic:
30. Chatarraleta desplazado - Can be caught in the "future" version of Mechagon that Cromi sends you to for the quest El otro lugar. Unfortunately this daily is only available sporadically. (Credit to Lacrit).

FYI - if you have some sort of underwater mount and unending breath, the ocean floor is a killer spot to wait for these to spawn. Tested, it works so long as you're in Suramar.

60/87 worked well for me too. 5 bubbles and got the fish. In addition, appearently you can get "Crate of Bobbers: Wooden Pepe" from the bubbles as well. Found this in my 3rd bubble.

A good place to hunt this is at 57.60, 76.71, at the top of the bridge. All the fish should spawn on the bridge at around the area as highlighted in this screenshot.

I had problems looting under water, so I tried out finding the fish on the bridge 57,75. Within 10 fishes I had mine.

I'm having such a hard time with this fish opened at least 50 bubbles all around the harbour,the bottom of the canals,both sides of bridge,starting tho think there might be a phasing problem or something.

For those of you who don't have swimming gear or flying mount, I had great luck sitting at the center of a quad at The Grand Promenade /way 48, 81.7

Sure there are some mobs and obstacles but just strafing the camera was very easy, plus the contrast of the light bubbles with the dark floor made them much easier to spot.

Within a few minutes I got: , , , , and 9 .

There are plenty of little platforms and corners in Suramar City, but I liked the little spot at 58, 59 between the Gilded Market and the Midnight Court.

Requires flying, or some sort of tricky gliding/grappling to get to.

Flew to Meredil, was afk for a minute. saw one bubble but missed it, saw the 2nd bubble and looted this fish within sight of the flightmaster. Guess it doesn't have to be in the harbour only

I went to Astravor Harbor, flew up to the level with the teleport from Meredil and camped outside. The NPCs there are friendly so you don't need to worry about something attacking you, and with the narrow walkways, I planted myself on one of the Ballistas (catapult things)so I could see the orb when it spawned. (Sometimes it appeared behind one and I didn't see it in time.)

Oddly enough, it's not just fish and junk you can get from these bubbles... You can actually get lures from them, too! I recevied an Cebo encantado from one of these bubbles while I was in Suramar.

I found a great spot in Suramar Bay on the broken bridge that goes towards Tomb of Sargeras. Go to the waypoint and put your back to the busted rocks. The bubbles will only spawn in from of you on the bridge. /way 68.76, 93.49

Don't be like me, cheesing the system trying to spawn the bubble on a light pole and got DC-ed 10 minutes straight before figuring out why. My guess is the light pole is too pointy for it to spawn correctly. But in other cases where the pillar under your feet is slightly wider, you can force it to spawn directly under your feet. After hearing the splash, fly straight up ~50 ft, then land back where you were.

I found /way 64.49 81.42 great. It's a private small rectangular roof-top ivy garden. No mobs and they all spawn on the roof near you. Also, you can pan the camera to see the entire patch at once. Really easy spot.
