Blizzard Customer Support Continuing to Work on Shadowlands Launch Login Issues

Shadowlands has launched, but as with every new expansion, some players have difficulty logging in. Blizzard Customer Support has tweeted they are looking into the variety of issues, not limited to but including character not found alerts, slow loading, and black screens.

We’re aware of the log in issues, including characters not appearing. They are being looked into. As soon as I have an update I’ll pass it along.
