Life Imitates Art -- And So Do Patch Notes

Inspired by this

And an interesting announcement was made on the official site today...
Life imitates art once again! Congratulations, Noxy, for predicting the future--even in your sickness-induced haze.
So Blizzard clearly has some interesting new changes in store for us in this latest patch. They're letting us re-customize our characters (for the low, low price of $15), which is actually a surprising development for Blizzard. They're not only allowing us to change our hair and our facial characteristics, but also our faces themselves--
and even our gender
. Not only plastic surgery, but gender re-assignment surgery! Ever wished your hunter had boobs? $15 and they're yours!
They've posted a
which answers most of the obvious questions (like, "can people use this to get off my ignore list"), but the most important thing in my mind is the obvious: you can't use it to change your race. I know, that would be unbalanced anyway--you shouldn't be able to just buy new racial bonuses for $15. But I
wish I could change my troll mage to an undead or something...
There are a few other interesting tidbits that caught my eye in this latest patch (Miyari has updated the patch notes
, go take a look). For instance, casting a spell that causes a mob to aggro on you now automatically taps the mob. Affliction warlocks rejoice--you can now pull a mob with a DoT spell, and you don't have to wait through 3 seconds of potential griefing before you get kill credit.
There are plenty of other changes, many of which I'm sure will spark endless controversy (Warrior:
: The hit chance penalty has been removed."). But the one I wanted to draw attention to was this:
Racial restrictions on
have now been lifted. Night elves on mechanostrider? Tauren on raptor? You’re not seeing things.
Congratulations to all the Tauren out there. You fought the good fight, and your mount-ly rewards are well-deserved.
So what do you think?
What's the most outrageous change in the latest
? What are you most excited about? Least excited? Let's hear it!
