Patch 4.1 - PTR Build 13793 - New Items

There are a lot of new items we've pulled up from this patch, way too many to tack onto
the previous post about spell changes
. This time around, the theme seems to be new vanity items and new epics now on certain rare mobs as well as achievements.

Notable finds include:
We were told that
Poseidus
was getting a new loot table a while back: "Loot from the creatures Garr, Julak-Doom, Mobus, and Poseidus has been adjusted to be commensurate to their rarity and invested effort." Well, there's some proof it's happening!
