Shadowlands Season 4 - Weekly "Fated" Raid Rotation for Increased Item Level Loot

In this week's 9.2.5 PTR build, a new icon has shown on the UI showing a new weekly "Fated" raid which will drop increased item level loot! This is likely part of a rotation in Season 4, changing which raid players will be doing each week.
Shadowlands Season 4 Announcement
During the original announcement for
Shadowlands Season 4
, Blizzard announced that all 3 Shadowlands raids will be returning. While players were originally concerned that they will need to clear all 3 raids each week, this new icon on the UI implies that only one week will be "Fated" each week and drop the increased item level of Shadowlands Season 4.
This new UI tooltip also seems to imply that the new affix is called "Fated", and this affix also applies to LFR!
