After Blizzard's busy weekend in Vegas celebrating Heart of the Swarm, they're back with a new 5.2 PTR build! Ghostcrawler hinted that they were
fixing many tooltip bugs
, so if you see something new in the spell changes, this may not be a buff or a nerf!

You know, as a Rogue that new season armor depresses the hell out of me. The helmet looks terrible. I'd rather wear T13 over it.
