100 gold for 750 azerite power per day?\r\rYes please, sign me up for all my alts.
"Reputation with The Honorbound increased by 500"It's ALWAYS a good thing when reputation from dailies and quests are THIS high.
If Warfronts end up being even remotely evergreen, this'll make for a nice resource sink it would seem. Bit concerned that much like Legionfall buildings, this'll cause Warfronts to have a rather limited shelf life due to contributions consisting of BfA reagents. Would be a shame if that's truly the case since Warfronts seem to have a lot of potential as a permanent source of content (like World Quests, etc)."Reputation with The Honorbound increased by 500"It's ALWAYS a good thing when reputation from dailies and quests are THIS high. This has been the norm for quite a while for limited dailies like a once-per-day turnin.
I expect players will do the turnins until they are exalted and then stop caring about it entirely. From almost every Alpha/Beta report Warfronts can be great fun the first time you do them, mediocre fun the next 5 times...and no fun any time beyond that.I think Blizzard is making a mistake giving them so much development time. I saw a lot of testers comparing them to Garrison Invasions - and we all know how that went. Garrisons as a whole may be the worst feature in terms of gameplay / development time in WoW ever.Even if Warfronts end up being fun...from all we know so far you will play them exactly ONCE per ~2 weeks. So half as often as you can play a raid...with less gameplay in them and faster completion. Does really not sound like a "main expansion feature" to me.
Do we know anything about the rewards for Warfronts aside from the few mounts that drop there? I really want to know how to get the weapons and armor.

Oooh, 500 rep a day for the most important faction. I like that, that'll help a ton.

I'm curious how balanced requirements will be, because it looks like 100g could be the cheapest turn in considering prices of mats at the start of the expansion :D
100 gold for 750 azerite power per day?\r\rYes please, sign me up for all my alts.\r\rThis seems like a very good gold sink. It's a significant chunk of gold removed from the game every day, and 100 gold is, like MaXiiczek said, probably the most cost-effective choice. My initial reaction was "haha no, I have a brutosaur to save up for," but for 500 rep AND roughly the amount of AP I could get from doing a mythic run, I'm in. My main wants the rep, but for my alts, it seems maybe even better. I have lots, and I'm not doing dungeons on them - this is a great alternative to keep their Heart of Azeroth up to date. With just my main server, I'd be sinking over 1000g per day out of the economy.
Well damn, looks like I’ll be contributing a lot for that juicy rep and azerite reward.
\rThink you might be mistaking that for LFR...\r\rLFR hardly took any development time compared to the Garrison and mission system, especially considering it basically piggybacked off work that was done on the Dungeon Finder.\r\rHeck, even if it was specifically compared to Garrison invasions, I'm pretty sure invasions lose out if only because much like the person you're quoting described, the amount of invasions fell off quickly due to a lack of participation in content that would cause invasions to happen. This especially became apparent in 6.2 when player activity was concentrated around Tanaan Jungle.

Meaning it will progress without having to spend resources and it will just cycle on its own.
I was reading this thinking “ok so why am I giving up all my resources,” and then I got to the end of the article and I am all in!

Does really not sound like a "main expansion feature" to me.\r\rExactly, except people will play it exactly ONCE for their War Campaign and then never go back. \r\rEspecially since we don't HAVE to do the turn-ins or the scenario itself to have access to the world boss. \r\rThe entire system is automated. The Warfront area will turn over to the other faction at the end of the second week regardless of how many contributions or if anyone actually played the scenario, so it's entirely redundant. Not to mention the world boss' drops have a fixed ilvl, most people will not care about it after LFR Uldir is up. \r\rSo people will do the turn-ins like any other daily and nobody gonna play the scenario, it's gonna be less used in BfA than Garrisons are used TODAY, in Legion, since at least for making bags and goblin gliders the Garrisons are still useful for. \r\rWarfronts are useless.

Nobody has to turn-in anything or play it, it cycles on its own - and that is the biggest issue with it, especially since the scenario itself is boring.
interesting. :)
Warfronts is active today for Alliance and I went to Arathi and, it's like no one is doing anything, and there aren't even enough people interested to form a world quest group. WHY. I know it's the first day, but a little enthusiasm or pretending to be in the new feature would be nice. People are flying around the Doom's Hammer and looking at it, and won't join a group. If they hit it a few times, they would see it will one shot them. The other confusing thing is that one world quest is all there seems to be. I killed a few things and they didn't drop any loot at all. So I left.
Ok... Where are the NPCs at on the alliance side, to do the turn in's at? I don't see the profession people available, nor do I see the lady who takes gold, or resources...
