I like that they also let you pick between "Yes, my queen?" and "<Simply nod.>" right at the beginning. As if you can choose just how sick of Sylvanas' BS your character is.
In b4 Horde favouritism.
It's kinda funny how when we first learned what would happen at Teldrassil, Horde players complained, "but I don't want to be the bad guy!", and now we have Horde players saying, "Hells yeah, I'm gonna be the bad guy!"This is why we can't have nice things.
Eu reset time is wednesday 8 AM
The choice like that makes me want to stay and see how the whole thing will work out!
Henceforth, when someone yells "For the Horde!", I'm going to reply with "Wait... which Horde?". Can we gank Horde players who chose the other Horde?
For Saurfang! For the Horde!I've been playing since 2006 and enjoyed Sylvannis as leader of Undercity. I was even moved when we learned more of her backstory during the Lich King xpac. I was bummed when Thrall stepped down, but calmed when Vol'jin stepped up after Garrosh. Vol'jin's time as Warchief was too short for me. With so many of the "old guard" now gone, I appreciate the fact that one of their ilk is now standing up to Sylvannis and reminding us of what the Horde used to be. Proud. Willful. Defiant. Strong. Resilient. If we can't have Thrall back, I'll support his tested High Overlord.

I really hope that they track the player responses to this and decide to evolve the Horde’s story based on players decisions as opposed to just letting this be a player choice for it to mean nothing in the future.
Im going to choose differently on my hordies, one for orc dad, one for sylvanas, and one choosing not to disclose Saurfang's location to Sylvanas... really curious as to how the story will unfold, and if our choices will ACTUALLY have consequence.
If you say that the Saurfang questchain is the equivalent of the Anduin one we got in Legion... then why does the Horde also have a Vol'jin questchain? You can bring up the Night Warrior, it was merely a slightly longer Darkshore Warfront unlock questchain. A single questchain. On the other hand, Horde has both Saurfang and Vol'jin questchains that have multiple parts (Anduin's was a simple one-part questchain too). Now I also ask, what will the Alliance get and when?
