The latest PTR build adds new voice over files for Magni Bronzebeard, Spiritwalker Ebonhorn, Kalecgos, Chromie, and MOTHER.
Magni Bronzebeard
Magni Bronzebeard
Hold it together Ebonhorn, don't give in to them.
Champion we got a problem, Ebonhorn, he...
NO, don't sanitize!
Champion, you got to get back to the Chamber right now!
MOTHER why'd you do that?!
I supposed Wrathion doesn't want to be found, but the knowledge he accrued would be critical in the fight against N'zoth.
Thank you, Champion, I'll get to track down the Black Prince. Not many places you can hide when Azeroth's own speaker is looking for ye.
Champion, we need you back on the Chamber at once! Ebonhorn is almost gone.
MOTHER is opening a waygate to get you back here, hurry.
Spiritwalker Ebonhorn
Spiritwalker Ebonhorn
The whispers... are silent...
Wrathion crafted this potion?
So you were able to find him.
The voices... I can't...
Kalecgos
Champion, I know someone that might be able to help.
Hurry Champion, find Wrathion. He might be Ebonhorn's only hope.
No, he eluded both N'zoth's minions and our friend, but he seems to have found a way to resist the influence of the Old Gods.
Chromie
MOTHER
Old God contamination detected, initiating sanitization protocol.
Scanning transcribed data. Complete.
Data committed to memory.
Physical record no longer required.
Destruction executed as advised.
Scenario Speculation
Based on the voice-over, Spiritwalker Ebonhorn is facing some sort of corruption from the Old Gods, which maybe is affecting every dragon based since Magni assumed Wrathion should be affected as well.
MOTHER detects this corruption on Ebonhorn and tries to "sanitize" him, but Magni asks her to stop.
From there Magni sends us after Wrathion, which leads us to the Karazhan Crypts scenario. However, there we find just a fake lead, which also tricked some minions of N'zoth after the Black Prince.
In the end, it seems Kalecgos saves the day with a potion to help Ebonhorn.

Finally, a voice record of how to say Wrathion!
>two characters say it two different ways
Noooooo!
How hard can it be to say Wrathion - its literally right down the road.
Also I don't hear your "two different ways"

So even though Ebonhorn has showed no old gold corruption and has been a pure gentle helpful soul the entire time we have met him, they decided to give him the corruption most the Black dragons faced just so they can re introduce Wrathion and have Wrathion be the only "Pure clean" black dragon. Not happy with that little tidbit.
It was made clear during Legion that if he ever left Highmountain, he was at risk of being corrupted.
It would be the same if Sabellian and his black dragons were to return to Azeroth, they'd all be at risk of corruption as well.

It is even vividly demonstrated at the beginning of the Highmountain Tauren Allied Race unlock scenario. After you arrive at Thunder Bluff, Ebonhorn begins hearing dark voices which threaten to overwhelm him. So it's dead certain that he is again feeling the same effects.

For the record, Ebonhorn was a drop-in replacement for Wrathion when they realized it made no sense for the latter to have known the Highmountain tribe for generations. Originally Wrathion had his role.
Food for thought.

Ebonhorn has always been as risk for old god corruption. He was purified, same as Wrathion, but his ritual was far less methodic compared to Wrathion's. His egg basically just got hit with a titan pillar, and then he was cleansed at that time. Wrathion was completely cut off from the rest of his flight.
Additionally, in Legion, we saw that Ebonhorn is very much still able to be corrupted, with the Highmountain recruitment questline, where he is fighting against a Cthrax buried under the mountain, and is nearly corrupted then as well. This isn't a first for Ebonhorn.
