It's been 15 years, the story has evolved, the horde and alliance have evolved. Besides, if you look at each expansion, the horde and alliance almost always work together or at least towards the same end. There has been little true Horde vs Alliance. You complain about blizz recycling stories but yet you want the same thing with the two factions........
Is it just me or does Thrall legit look like Chris Metzen in the last Cinematic?
Rest Saurfang. Rest with your son. :(
Orcs are basically Klingons from Star Trek - they always prattle on and on about honor but they never really show it and get their feather's ruffled whenever confronted with the fact, usually launching into a rage.
With all the talk about breaking the cycle and N'Zoth about eyes being opened, calling us murderous servants and the like - what if they are taking the story in the direction that he isn't inherently bad? What if, like Saurfang says, the story is "breaking the cycle" of titans and giving us an Old God story where they aren't exactly the villain? I mean the whole story of Vol'jin's spirit hasn't been solved yet either, and who wanted Sylvanas the warchief. Many of the raids and encounters in BfA have been "tests" if you see the dialogues upon defeat. What exactly is N'Zoth testing us for? What plan does he have for us, and entity to be strong enough to fight?
Please let them rez vol'jin so he can have a proper shot at leading that the whinging jerks denied him of in the early WoD and Legion Alphas
Saurfang never really had honor, as much as he liked to go on about it. He comforted himself with the idea of him having or gaining it but he never had it. Same with the Horde, little more than a ridiculous group of idiots that go on about honor and then abandon it in a heartbeat the second their leader says to. Honestly given how consistently brainless the Horde is written as, Sylvanas could have probably turned her outburst around and gotten the people to cheer her on even afterwards.
Funny enough that the writers couldn't make the audience sympathise with the Old Soldier. He's mostly mocked as "Sadfang". MMO-C polls suggest that the majority of Horde players would still follow Sylvanas, hardly anyone wants to follow Baine as he's seen as an Alliance pawn.Well's he's not credible, I agree. If he really had that "honor", he would have sided with Malfurion in Darkshore and stopped Sylvanas, but he chickened out instead. Selfpity doesn't make wrongs right. He doesn't care for the slaughtered ones either, he only cares about his "honor" the way Sylvanas only cares about herself.Basically it's only vanity.
Lolwut? Anduin giving the genocidal bastard his fathers blade? That's one way to !@#$ on Varian and defile the ELVEN blade, giving it to someone who so willingly slaughtered night elves. Blizzard always finds a way to humiliate night elves.Varian: "If the Horde fails to uphold honor again like Garrosh did, we will end you!"Anduin: "I don't give a $%^&."The blade should have exploded in their faces the moment Anduin gave it to this animal. Glad he's dead though.#notmyking
He actually didnt, as there were no rules stated for the mak'gora Sylvanas won fair and square.
