For all Warlocks, just talent Demonic Skin and let your VW be a better tank than anyone else.0 problems, just took a while. Bit boring, so to speak.
So when is twisting corridors opening? That's the fun torghast runs with 18 floors.
Twisting Corridors when?
All these complains...people feel like they HAVE to be given the win at some point.Sorry but no, try harder.Tired of these people crying because they went to a boss at ilvl 160 and wiped. Well guess what? Gear up, watch some guides, change talents or spec to adapt (you can do inside Torghast) or call a friend to come with you; that's a MMO after all. It is clearly easier for some classes but also not impossible at all for any.The biggest challenge in there, once you are geared, is to be lucky enough to get the right anima powers, and be smart enough to pick the right ones. And btw, people saying they dont have friends or whatever bs reason, quit it already. I joined one of those factory guild on my alt and in /g chat, I see groups forming up everyday. Finally, a legendary is not mandatory at all so if you fail, layer 3, you'll end up getting your ash next week anyway.
I got and completed successfully a 101 soul ash adventure with my champions so there's that. I'm at 371
Not him but I'll share my experience of clearing torghast on 3 classes and 4 specs. I did a bunch of runs with shadow priest at the end of week 1 to farm the disc leggo. While it wasn't particularly hard, I failed like one or two runs because I was absolutely shafted by anima powers. Then I switched to disc to try it out. Boy. It's a night and day difference. It seems there is a damage buff for healers going in solo and I was literally oneshotting most normal mobs WITH NO ANIMA POWERS. End of floor bosses took like 5 sec to kill. Even if I got no good anima powers through the whole run the final boss was easy as hell. Then I went in with resto druid. That was even faster. Feline affinity + some mobility anima powers and was literally flying through the whole thing. And then I went in with my fire mage. Failed like 4 or 5 times before clearing layer 3. And I only cleared it because of a ridiculous combo of anima powers (I spawn mirror image every time I blink + 3 sec cd on blink + mirror images have a chance to cast Greater Pyroblast which deals 35% of max hp).Note that the mage had relatively fine damage, it's just so damn squishy. Even on pulling just several normal mobs I had to make use of the full cc/survivability kit of the spec and that often wouldn't be enough. While with my druid/priest healing once on a pack was plenty enough.
