Build 16139: Patch 5.1 PTR New Items, Spell Changes, and Icons

went up earlier today and we're starting to datamine new additions!
Our PTR site is live and we have the
latest additions
up!
Many of the spell changes below are not actually new--they're hotfixes we'e covered over the past month that are just getting officially changed now. There are a few neat things we want to highlight though!
Patch Highlights
Several new scenarios were added, including one for
Templo Oscuro
! Others include
Templanza
with Varian, helping Vol'jin in
Una Daga en la Oscuridad
, a naval battle in
Batalla en Alta Mar
, and
Espesura Krasarang
.
Many Season 13 items were datamined:

An achievement for 150 mounts has been added,

The Patch Notes talked about new faction--two tied to new Alliance/Horde daily quest hubs, and others related to the Brawler's Guild, a test of solo dps:

Patch 5.1 PTR: Official Patch Notes
General
The Pandaren Campaign begins!
The conflict between the Horde and the Alliance has ignited a new series of daily quests along the shore of the
Espesura Krasarang
.
Players can visit their faction strongholds in the
Valle de la Flor Eterna
to begin the quest to summon their war fleets to the continent of Pandaria. (Please note: The Alliance version of this quest is not yet complete, but will still unlock the new missions and features).
Players will both valiantly defend their faction’s outpost and assault the opposing faction's headquarters.
Two new Reputations have been added: Alliance players can earn reputation with
Muro de escudos
, while Horde players will curry favor with the
Campaña de la Ofensiva de Dominancia
.
Players can slay rival NPCs and opposing faction players along the shore to earn commissions that can be spent to upgrade their faction's base.
Look for strategic objectives to capture, including graveyards and towers. Commissions can be spent to recruit guards that will help protect this captured territory!

Patch 5.1 PTR Coming Soon
While Mists of Pandaria already comes packed full of some of the most diverse and expansive World of Warcraft content to date, we’re staying true to our goal of delivering new content faster. With that in mind, we’re pleased to share that the first major Mists of Pandaria content update, Patch 5.1, is well underway.
In fact, our plan is to release a build of patch 5.1 on the Public Test Realms soon so you can experience it for yourself! Initially, the PTR build won’t include all of the 5.1 patch content, but here’s a glimpse of the major features that are already in the pipeline.

Pandaria and the War of Conquest
While members of the Horde and the Alliance have been busy exploring the exotic continent of Pandaria, Garrosh and Varian have been gathering their forces in preparation for the struggle to exert the influence of the Horde and the Alliance over these long-lost lands. Players who have quested through Pandaria will see forces of both factions arrive in force on the shores of the unspoiled continent, bringing the tensions between the Horde and the Alliance in
