From our exclusive interview with Ion Hazzikostas, he revealed that rewards from the Great Vault will not contain loot from the Stone Legion Generals or Denathrius until you've defeated them at least once. The loot of these bosses is higher item level and you won't be able to RNG into a Mythic Denathrius Item only having killed the first couple bosses of Mythic.

If you're trying to get any last minute Mythic+ in BFA, Mythic+ dungeons are harder this week compared to other weeks in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch as the Patch pushed the Shadowlands Mythic+ scaling aura. Dungeons now scale much faster with key level than other Pre-Patch weeks and trinkets have been nerfed this week as well.
