I have been wracking my brain trying to figure out how in the world you obtain this plate set. I have tried searching for hours here on Wowhead and came up with no answers, I've tried googling and still nothing, I even broke down and attempted to find videos on youtube that might explain how to get this set.. still nothing. I have looked all over in WoW it's self.. even the emissary vendors don't sell this set. Can someone.. ANYONE.. please tell me how to obtain this armor set? I need this in my life.. I want it desperately. Any information on how to obtain this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance if anyone takes the time out to let me know. Cheers!

This belt glitches out when I mount up. It stretches all the way up to my head. This is on a human male. I used my orbs to try as a blood elf and orc, even though they can't use the set, and they were fine.

This particular set does NOT show up under the Set Appearances tab. You will get this set by completing the weekly quest Frente de guerra: La batalla por Stromgarde or Frente de guerra: La batalla por Stromgarde. Do not get this confused with the set you see listed under "Warfront". The set that shows up under "Warfront" can only be completed by getting pieces of gear off of the rare mobs out in Arathi, doing World Quests in Arathi, and Emissaries.

Are the transmog appearances shared across factions? If I unlock the appearance on my horde, will I also unlock it for my alliance?

This is such an awesome set! I hope I can get all the pieces some day but I keep getting duplicates. Not only does it look cool but it has some unique characteristics. On Draenei and Worgen, it actually gives armor on their paws/hooves and on Draenei it also gives a little armor plate at teh top of their tail and changes the armor of their tail ring to match. Such awesome little details all over but I really hope we willl just be able ot buy the set from the 7th Legion emissary someday because on chance a month with great probability to get a repeat is making this very frustrating.

A full steel version of this set (darker metal, no gold trim) can be seen worn by the Alliance Knight recruitable followers during Warfronts. As far as I'm aware, it's unobtainable by players, which is really upsetting.

I've just unlocked this set yesterday. It's still possible to acquire all of the pieces, so here's some advice on how to farm it efficiently.

As others have mentioned, these Tier 3 pieces only come from the two weekly warfront quests.

There's no bad luck protection on this, so be prepared to get duplicates.

To accept these quests you have to complete the following steps:

Once this is done you're ready to get your weekly warfront chests. But how do you speed up the process of acquiring the armor set?

Create a Class Trial Character (favourably a Kul Tiran Human or a Zandalari Troll since these two can skip the city tour and finish Step 2 immediately), finish the steps above and accept both warfront quests. Then join or create a group for a heroic warfront and finish it. By completing a heroic warfront both weekly quests will be completed.

You can prepare as many characters as you like before the warfront goes live. Once the warfront is ready make sure to get as many battles in on the first or second day as you can. Most people do this quest on only one character, so it becomes increasingly more difficult to find a group when the warfront has been up for a few days. By getting the Alliance Appearance you'll also unlock the horde counterpart, so you can create characters on the opposite faction if the warfront isn't up for you at the moment.

When creating a group it worked best for me when I've put "HC Warfront " in the title and set the description to "Battle for Stromgarde / Arathi". This way you've got everything covered that people tend to search for. It took me round about 40-60 minutes from creating a character to turning in the weekly quests. I was missing 4 pieces of this set and had to play 12 warfronts to get them.
