Unfortunately for anyone who's Alliance, this set seems to be horde only. Transferring to Alliance will get you this: Malfurion's Battlegear. Even the lookalike set (Runetotem's Battlegear (Lookalike)) is Horde only, the Alliance counterparts again look like Malfurion's Battlegear.

Costs 2138 justice points without the legs, you don't see the legs anyway. (If you have the chest equipped that is)

Horde got the short end of the stick with T9. Malfurion's is so much prettier.

With the new transmog system implemented in Legion, it seems like we can now mog this on our alliance toons. Which is pretty amazing to me since I always prefered the horde T9 gear to the alliance one. I'm guessing we can also mog the ToC weapons from the other faction as well !

Quick edit : It actually looks like it shouldn't work. As soon as I log out and back in, I find myself with the alliance T9, but I still can mog it again to the horde one. We'll see in the future if Blizzard fixes this as a bug or simply implements it.
