Summary:

This transmog Tier 12 set as a whole is a true grind to get, but extremely rare to see, very unique to priests, and if you like a pimped-out toilet to wear around your head, definitely stylish. All is gained through JP, Firelands and Tailoring. Drop chances based on binomial approx. 10 man Normals; not counting Need Rolls.

Endless Dream Walkers's Pattern is the big problem, having a very low chance to drop from Firelands mobs and would need a full clear of all each time to have a reasonable chance of ever getting it. It's possible to see in AH, but it is so low a chance that auction fansites have trouble finding it. Even if you do somehow find a tailor who has learned the pattern, good luck convincing them to make it out of those hard-earned 8 Dreamcloths and 4 Living Embers, so they must be provided. If you can trust them, you could give them the pattern to learn (I wouldn't advise it). You almost HAVE to farm and become a tailor to lvl 525 if you truly want it. There are guilds/players that exist who collect all patterns and make those items for others, so if you can contact one, you can skip all the fuse I just wrote. Also, the feet slot will not show anyway on some races, so yeah.

The other big problem is Majordomo's Chain of Office, a very uncommon drop from Ragnaros, but is all but guaranteed past a number of kills. The head and shoulders should come naturally when getting this, since the drops are at a much higher rate at the same and previous boss. The rest is cake, just JP grinding.

As a side note, THIS WILL BE A TRUE GRIND, maybe worse than the Time-Lost Proto-Drake, since you need to do strategies and wait week after week, add the tons of repair costs, not to mention getting others to go along. In other words, if your guild won't help, expect to ask PuGs to help farm after you all get near maxed out on items from MoP or any future patch. You can skip PuG finding by using OpenRaid, a free cross-realm raid organization with good quality members. There is less chance of ninjas when you reserve where possible so people can respect when you do Need. If all goes well, it will probably take four months average. Best extreme is two weeks, worst extreme is a year of grinding.

To some like me, this may all be worth it, as this transmog set is very Priest-specific and there are NO lookalikes for other classes to transmogrify by its item set slots, except for the BoE hands, which are impossibly rare. The robe is especially beautiful, and is, along with the T12 Mage Robes, the only truly PvE class-specific chest-slots in the entirety of Cataclysm (Don't believe? Check yourself), so enjoy showing off to plate-users, who can normally equip any lookalikes for RP or looks. The headpiece is also epic, if only my toilet looked as awesome and extra points if its The Cone of Shame on a Worgen.

Every slot contributes to appearance. Select a warm colored cape like Haunt of Flies. Weapon-slots can be filled with many items, including main-hand Chelley's Sterilized Scalpel (rare zone drop) and off-hand Ledger of Revolting Rituals (1/9 chance from Ultraxion, 28 at most), or two-hands like Funeral Pyre (1/5 chance from Beth'tilac, 16 at most). It is very unique in color scheme and design, so you will definitely stand out in a crowd for the better, once totally complete. More options here.

A small warning to purists like me though, the Heroic version is incomplete, not having the wrist and feet. Obviously, with the robes and hands over it, wrists will totally be overtaken. So if going strictly by appearance, you may still get it. Other feet/cloak options here. Clearly, this set is incredibly hard to get. Don't expect fast progress. And God help you if you want both xmog sets.

As a Priest, you might as well progress getting Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest too, since it is progressed mainly in Firelands, with less chance of other casters contesting. Good luck in completing both.

In the 3D Model Viewer, I was messing around with different helmets because I don't like this set's helm..

I recently acquired a Círculo de la llama randomly while helping a friend powerlevel in Blackrock Depths - I find that this helmet matches great, especially on a Tauren Priest like myself. I'm going to work toward this as my Healing Transmog set.

I have also found a cloak, a JP Cloak (Roughly 600 JP), called Manteo recuperado de El Embate Escarlata, that matches better than any other cloak I could find. Alternatively, you can use the cloak that looks identical to it that drops from Kil'Jaedan, but this one is much easier to get, as the drop is a mere 20% chance.

There are many pieces from Firelands that "mix and match" with this set. Another piece that works very well, if you don't mind looking a little more "fire mage-y," is Manto de puertas cerradas.

A matching staff, also a drop from Firelands, is Aguja de dolor escarlata. Unfortunately, the current top-end enchant is green, and interferes with the Spire's graphic effect. But still... it looks good.

A flying mount I'm currently using is Hipogrifo guardallamas, and it looks beautiful as a ground mount, too.

For the healing cloak proc, this set and its variations are great visual matches.

It doesn't have the same subtlety/match-up as Cadena de oficio de mayordomo, but Faja reluciente de Derevka goes nicely, and it's a little pricey but Joya del Señor del Fuego is a decent replacement for the head-piece if your having a hard time getting it.

If you want a cape that matches this set but isn't very flashy, Capa de aplacamiento de Slikk works very well.
