If you are like me, and love these classic sets but can't stand yellow, consider the Devout Recolor set, the same model as this and the original Priest Devout set, but it a calming shade of light blue. Obtained from Burning Crusade normal 5-mans, and available to all cloth users.

While the items themselves are no longer obtainable, you can still transmog your gear to look like this set through the Darkmoon Faire. Baruma will sell you pieces of the Replica Virtuous set, which are statless but nonetheless especially meant to be used for transmogrification.

Best part? They're BoE, so you can use alts to farm the tickets you need to buy the pieces with, or even find them on the AH/Trade Channel if you're lucky.

Guantes de paño de alma is a good replacement for the Réplica de guantes del virtuoso. Only the yellow part is visible under the long sleeves of the Réplica de toga del virtuoso. Also, if you have the robe, the skirt and bracers will be invisible. If you can still get Don de A'dal from the questline in Netherstorm, then you'd need 280 Darkmoon Prize Tickets.

Myself, I'm going for just the robe and shoulders for my transmogrification, at 150 tickets. Don de A'dal as belt, Guantes de paño de alma as gloves, Chanclas de pellejo de El Kurken as boots and one of the halos (tier 7 perhaps? I'm undecisive) as hat, and you've got yourself a good-looking priest.

It was quite hard for me to find a good cloak to match this set. The one I eventually found with a close color scheme appeared to be Cloak of the Shrouded Mists.

The original Vestimentas del virtuoso set was a level 60 set which now is removed. If you already had the gear before it was removed, you will still have them in your bags/equipment/bank. However, there is no way to get the original pieces today.

This set can now (during patch 5.3) be obtained in Barrens through combining a Mojo radical (reward from the weekly quest Campo de batalla: Los Baldíos) with the respectively Latent Kor'kron piece. However, this set is only available for Sacerdote's. The stats on the gear will depend on what Loot Specilization you've choosed but they all have the same virtual look/transmog look.

Yelmo Kor'kron latente combined with one Mojo radical becomes Corona del reformista.
Bufas Kor'kron latentes combined with one Mojo radical becomes Manto del reformista.
Pechera Kor'kron latente combined with one Mojo radical becomes Toga del reformista.
Guantes Kor'kron latentes combined with one Mojo radical becomes Guantes del reformista.
Cinturón Kor'kron latente combined with one Mojo radical becomes Cinturón del reformista.
Leotardos Kor'kron latentes combined with one Mojo radical becomes Saya del reformista.
Botas Kor'kron latentes combined with one Mojo radical becomes Sandalias del reformista.

The Replica Virtuous pieces are BoE so they might be out on your server's auction house.

There is a waist which looks like the Cinturón del virtuoso called Don de A'dal, which can be obtained by the quest Cómo infiltrarse en El Arcatraz in El Castillo de la Tempestad.

Personally, I think that the Tabardo del Loto Dorado really suits this set. You're able to buy it once you're Exalted with the Loto Dorado for 10 Gold. It's sold by Jaluu el Generoso.
