I did enough digging in legion to get the mouse mount and the artifact skin. After that there was no reason to continue digging.
Me myself have always wanted and tried to get into the whole Auction House. Because eventually im gonna use the gold but i just cant seem to grasp the concept of the TSM stuff but reading upon this really cleared it up for me just a little more.
Thanks for the heads up on the archaeology pet. Went and got me another 1 to put on the AH.
interesting about wyrmy tunkins. I have 13 toons, will try to do this quest on all of them each time this comes up.
I did some of the archeology quests but not all of them just because of how boring archeology is boring to me. In the next expansion I hope there will be cooler rewards or just more questlines that feel important to the main story.
I only dug enough for the moose in legion, I've done every thing you can do with fishing but i find archaeology to be obnoxious BS. Fishing has some passive benefit in that you gain materials, archaeology is just the absolutely the most miserable abusive way of exploring RNG
I dig a lot of archaeology in Legion, and I got several of the rare finds. However, I did not enjoy the quests required to find some of the rares, such as the one that earns the imp generator trinket, which sends you digging in a swarm of elite demons.
Im always do archeology because funny stuff and that pet so cute ^^
It is amazing that the old Zul'gurub recipes are making a return to the current game. I finally can acquire the recipe for and make the Bloodvine Lens for my characters. Unfortunately I had joined up in WoW at the tail end of WotLK due to the announcement/reveal of Cataclysm and the Worgen which got my hyped and interested in playing World of Warcraft, so I missed out on acquiring this recipe by the time I leveled up engineering on my characters and the Cataclysm revamp went live. So now is my chance to get the long lost recipe and make the lens :)!
I really should have done more Archaeology this expansion. I also should have crafted more.
Really need to maximize my gold. That mount needs to be added to my collection, along with the spider, still. lol
How many exalted reputations do you have? Did you pick up these recipes before they were removed and if so, have you sold any of the crafted items from these recipes since they were removed? What are your plans for pets in Battle for Azeroth?I have almost 80 exalted reputation and I have a lot of this recipes but I am not sure that crafting this item worth the effort.Instead I prefer flipping this item, so this list is relly usefull, I add this item to TSM and I am sniping all of this.
How much time do you dedicate to gold-making? Would you prefer to spend more or less time making gold? What are your other main activities in game?Hello, i didnt invest much into gold making in Legion because i focused on other things ( raiding , pvp with friends etc.). However there was a time that i was running older raids and dungeon plus farming herbs and mines on Argus. To be honest i really enjoy mount collecting much more than gold making and the fun is that running past raids and dungeon you can invest in both considering you have a bit of a luck. In Bfa i really hope that i collect as more mounts as i can to expand my collection.Good luck to all !
On the start of legion I was spending a lot of time making gold. I was mining nodes with addon "ServerHop". Token price was few times less than now. I could earn gold for one token in 2 days. Nowadays i am just earning gold from Order Halls (5 characters). Somehow i earned my first million witth that method, even though i spend a lot of gold on consumables(active raiding and M+).
I think I dedicate a little too much time to gold making. A few hours per day in a few days of the week maybe. Gotta farm for that WoW Token somehow. Other than that I like leveling my professions and collecting mounts.
Back in the days of cata i started to farm archeology for the Tanque de batalla qiraji ultramarino I used to farm all tolvir sites during BG queue's. During MoP i used to turn all my crates in to Tolvir fragments same for WoD. Sadly ive never got lucky enough to get myself the mount. These days i just do a few Sites once in a bleu moon and i just gave up on my dream.
Thanks for info that I can attain the pet on multiple alts... It tooks me little more time than 20 minutes, but I got it.
I really liked archeology quests.I actually enjoyed digging around since the whole concept is pretty entertaining plus I was able to farm my meats, herbs and skins at the same time.I hope Bfa brings more things.
How much time do you dedicate to gold-making? Would you prefer to spend more or less time making gold? What are your other main activities in game?I dedicate nearly half of my gametime to goldmaking, mainly finding channels of constant income including Draenor Garrisons Legion mission tables and so on. I would prefer to spend less time making gold doing it in more automatic way, rather than sniping/farming. Mainly whole Legion i've been raiding but not atm. AFKing and relaxing leveling alt toons is one another main activity for me. Because i need to be prepared for BfA with my 18 character arsenal on Draenor! :D
How much time do you dedicate to gold-making? Would you prefer to spend more or less time making gold? What are your other main activities in game?None. I know a lot of people talk about how easy it is to make gold across all their characters via the order halls, but this requires having so many characters leveled up to that point. Sadly, as much as I try to play, I don't have remotely enough time to do that. I don't think I'd mind spending more time to make gold, but I believe a game should be difficult for content, not the currencies. Having to work for gold is all well and good, so long as it doesn't hinder the progression of the game.Thankfully, World of Warcraft doesn't fall into this trap, much, but there are moments where progress is stalled by the need to grind out currency of some sort (i.e., 950 item levels for order hall followers). It's not always gold, but heavy repair bills can be a huge setback for those unable to dedicate half their waking life to the game.Personally, I'm working on my Argus questline and M+15s on my main and leveling my first Horde alt. It's slow going, but I'm working towards that "lazy" gold farming.
